With my experiences of having back issues (scoliosis) working and going to gym, doing these sessions is what I look forward to every fortnight! I’ve had such a significant decrease in aches and tightness with my back, which has no doubt led to me having the BEST sleep I’ve had in years after a day of breathing and hoping in the ice.
