Our guest, Richard Triggs, is the founder of headhunting and recruitment agency, Arete Executive. After completing an executive MBA, he began the difficult task of filling executive positions in a rapidly-changing industry.
Richard has been working in recruitment for over 20 years and has run his own headhunting company for over 10 years. As well as filling roles throughout Australia, he coaches leaders on how to take the next steps in their executive career.
